Having been regulars at Taunton Rock 'n' Roll Club from its outset, Cheryl and I have heard nearly every track that has ever been played at the club and we know from experience what music is popular or unpopular with our regulars, what fills the floor and what clears it. Over the years we've been running the club, we've also come to know the favourite tracks of our regulars, so if you come in and find that within minutes we're playing your personal favourites, you may think it's just a lucky coincidence. The reality is that often we're playing them especially for you!

Between us we spend a lot of time listening to tracks from the UK as well as from Europe and America that are either new or just not so well known in UK clubs. From time to time we come across some great tracks that we think you'll love so we like to include these too. It's great to discover new tracks and even better to be able to share them.

We're always happy to play your requests too, it's your night so let us know if there's a track you're just itching to get up and dance to. We currently have a collection of around 15,000 tracks so it's likely we'll have what you want. If we don't have your request we'll do all we can to get it for the next time.

Our aim is that whether we're playing jivers, boppers or strollers, everyone will get to hear plenty of tracks that they love.
